Returns:
If there is a problem with the products you have purchased from our online store or if the products do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. After generating your return code, you can find your return code starting with 00 next to your product code in the "My Orders" section. The legal period for returning the products is 14 business days, provided that the returned products have not lost their resellable condition. The invoice of the returned products must be sent along with the products. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.
You can only return the products to our Ümraniye central address via Yurtiçi Kargo. There is no charge for the return shipments sent for the reason of return. You can exchange your products at our stores.
For credit card payments, the product amount will be deposited into your account after the products have reached us and their compliance with the return conditions has been checked. The amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days. The timing of the amount reflecting in your account after being transferred to the bank is entirely related to the bank's transaction process, and Gustoeshop.com has no control over any possible delays.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your orders before they are shipped. To cancel your orders, contact "Customer Service" with the relevant order number via the "My Account" menu on the website homepage. Cancellations will be processed accordingly.
If the product cannot be provided within 24 hours due to its unavailability both on our website and at the manufacturer-importer or wholesaler, your order amount will be refunded.
Shipping:
The products you have ordered are shipped within 2-4 business days. When your product is shipped, you will receive an email notification. The products are delivered by "Yurtiçi Kargo" (Domestic Courier). Shipping is free for orders of 750 TL and above.
To track your shipment, log in as a member and click on the "My Orders" link in the "My Account" menu. Click on the desired Order Number and when the page opens, click on the Shipment Number in the Delivery section to access the information page of your shipment.
(Note: It may take 6-12 hours to access the Shipment Information after your shipment is sent by us. The entry of the shipment into the system by the courier company should be waited for.)
