The return should be made within 14 business days from the delivery date, without any damage, alteration, or use of the purchased product.
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, goods that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies that are contrary to the qualities stated in the promotion and user manual or reduce the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of intended use are considered defective goods. If the customer reports a defective product within 30 days from the delivery date, they have the right to return the product, request a price reduction, free exchange, or free repair.
To benefit from the aforementioned rights by reporting a defective product:
If the product's specifications differ from the stated features in the promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the expected benefits for the customer, the product falls into the category of defective goods.
The customer must report the defective product within 30 days.
In the report of defective product, it will be determined whether there is a user error by the importer of the product. If a user error is detected, the customer will not be able to benefit from the rights.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 8 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any liability or reason by rejecting the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Therefore, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days after receiving it without providing any reason.
